Harvest Home Festival Promises A Day Of ‘Old Fashioned Fun’ In Holmdel

HOLMDEL, NJ — The Monmouth County Park System will be hosting its “Harvest Home Festival” in September at Historic Longstreet Farm.
From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 28, attendees will be able to enjoy wagon rides, old-fashioned games, live entertainment, craft demonstrations and more at the autumn event.
Other activities for the day include 1890s-style baseball, a pie-eating contest, and a timber framing activity, officials said.

A tractor-drawn wagon shuttle to Holmes-Hendrickson House will be provided between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
