Hazlet Girls Come on Like a 'Storm'
The U12 Hazlet Storm soccer team had a great fall season and has high hopes for the spring.

The Hazlet Storm U-12 girls soccer team have just completed a successful indoor season at Goodsports in Wall.
Since the U-12 bracket was full, the girls played in the U-13 division and went undefeated with a record of 7-0, which was capped off by a 2-1 win in the finals.
In the fall, the Storm took 2nd place in the Hazlet Columbus Day tournament, they had a successful run in the MOSA Cup, losing in the semi-finals in the 8th round of penalty shots after a tie score at the end of regulation time. The squad also had a strong finish in its regular season games, which they play in the MOSA National 1 bracket.
The team will be competing in the second indoor league at Goodsports in Wall and this spring season the girls will again play in the MOSA National 1 bracket and hope to compete in the Hershey Park Invitational tournament Father's Day weekend.
The Hazlet Storm are coached by Joe Pruscino, Mike Connell and Nicole Magistro. Players are; Katie DeVoe, Hailey Kret, Nicole Ginsberg, Julia Sire, Jamie Connell, Megan O'brien, Elizabeth Mauro, Caitlyn McLaughlin, Julia Davies, Arianna Velasco, Julia Draganoff, Isabella Pruscino, Grace Marten, Katie Jensen and Natalya Spinks.
