When police pulled him over, Billhimer said an Ocean County Sheriff's K-9 alerted to narcotics while conducting an open-air sniff at the scene.
A search of Torsiello following his arrest turned up unspecified quantities of cocaine, methamphetamine, Xanax and suboxone, authorities said, while a search of his vehicle turned up additional amounts of cocaine and other controlled dangerous substances.
