Home Improvement Scam Leads to Theft Charges in Holmdel
Brian Lewis is charged with one count of theft by deception and one county of failure to register with the Division fo Consumer Affairs.

An alleged home improvement scam led to a county indictment on Tuesday for Delran resident Brian Lewis.
Lewis, 38, allegedly ran a home improvement business not registered with the Division of Consumer Affairs and profited to the tune of $9,400 between March and May, 2012.
Lewis is charged with one count of theft by deception and one county of failure to register with the Division fo Consumer Affairs.
