“& Juliet” Broadway Star Set To Perform In Monmouth County

HOLMDEL, NJ — Calling all theatre fans! The original lead actress from the Broadway show “& Juliet” is coming to Monmouth County for the Holmdel Theatre Company’s latest installment of their "Broadway at the Barn" series.

Known for her roles in “& Juliet,” “Dear Evan Hansen,” and the 2020 revival of “West Side Story,” Lorna Courtney will come to Holmdel on Feb. 22 to kick off Broadway at the Barn’s 2025 season.

The program aims to bring the best of Broadway to Holmdel’s backyard for special performances, and has previously featured stars such as Betsy Wolfe, Julie Benko and Lena Hall.

“We are ‘ROARING’ into the New Year as Tony nominee Lorna Courtney kicks off our 2025 Broadway at the Barn series,” Holmdel Theatre Company officials said. “Join us as the OBC [original Broadway cast] Juliet sings a collection of songs from multiple genres, including jazz, musical theatre and pop.”
