Hazlet Changes Location For Early Voting In 2025 Primary

HAZLET, NJ — Hazlet voters should be aware of a change in location for early voting in the 2025 Primary Election.
Early voting for the primary will no longer take place at the Hazlet Library, township officials said. Instead, it will be moved to the Hazlet Fire Company.
The early voting period will run for six days between June 3 and June 8. Hours will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for Tuesday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for Sunday.

In Hazlet, four people have filed petitions to run for Township Committee.

Incumbents James Cavuto and Robert Preston Jr. will run for re-election on the Republican ticket, and Amy Lee Downey and Laura Bibb will run for election on the Democratic ticket.
