Miznon Kosher Hosts Grand Opening At Bell Works
Michelin-starred celebrity Chef Eyal Shani hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for his restaurant on Dec. 12.

HOLMDEL, NJ — One of Bell Works’ newest dining locations recently celebrated its grand opening on Dec. 12.
Miznon Kosher, a Mediterranean street food restaurant started by Michelin-starred celebrity chef Eyal Shani, welcomed guests to their first New Jersey location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week.
Known as a global leader in Mediterranean cuisine, Shani made a special appearance at the ceremony alongside Deputy Mayor Brian Foster, who invited guests to experience Miznon's take on Mediterranean street food.

News of Miznon Kosher joining Bell Works first came in late September.
Located in the heart of the Block on Bell Works’ ground floor, the new restaurant spans over 2,300 square feet and seats up to 65 guests.
With certification from the Orthodox Union, the restaurant adheres to all Kosher dietary laws and features a large indoor dining space with an open kitchen where guests can observe food preparation.
The design of Miznon Kosher also aims to replicate Tel Aviv’s atmosphere, featuring chalk drawings of Hebrew and English phrases on the walls that were designed by Tel Aviv artist Guy Mizrachy.
“After the success of our first Miznon Kosher location in New York, we’re excited to officially mark the opening of our New Jersey location,” Miznon’s Director of Operations Liad Balki said. “Having Eyal with us for this momentous occasion made it even more memorable, as his passion and vision for Mediterranean cuisine are truly inspiring.”
When guests come to Miznon Kosher, they can choose from a variety of food options, with dishes served on brown paper bags and on cardboard.
Fan favorites include unique pita dishes, plates, and options ranging from the Falafel Burger to Melting Chickpeas.
Catering offerings include individually packaged and family-style dishes, where customers can choose from three customizable catering packages tailored to suit any occasion.
“We’re excited to see how this innovative Mediterranean eatery continues to serve both the professionals within our metroburb and those in our community,” Zucker said.
