New Indian Fusion Restaurant Comes To Hazlet

HAZLET, NJ — A new Indian fusion restaurant has come to Hazlet.

Taj Indian Fusion, located just off Route 35, officially opened its doors to customers in October.

The new restaurant aims to celebrate “Indian flavors with a twist” and bring the flavors and traditions of Indian cuisine straight to customers’ tables.

“Founded with a love for authentic tastes and innovative culinary experiences, our restaurant offers a unique blend of traditional Indian dishes and contemporary fusion creations,” the website reads.

At Taj Indian Fusion, customers can choose from a variety of menu options.

Tandoori Paneer, Gobi Manchurian, Samosa Chat and Chana Masala are just a few dishes the restaurant offers, along with drinks such as Masala Tea or Rose Lassi.

Beyond dinner and drinks, the restaurant offers dessert options as well. Whether you're looking to try Gulab Jamun or Ras Malai, Taj offers a variety of desserts, sides and more for customers to choose from.

Taj Indian Masala is open Wednesday through Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
