Jersey Pickleball Club
Starting at Bell Works’ lower level, Jersey Pickleball Club will take up 13,8000 square feet and feature five professional courts, social areas, lockers and more.

The club aims to create a vibrant atmosphere for pickleball enthusiasts, families, visitors and employees alike, with plans to host clinics, tournaments and community events.

"We're thrilled to bring the Jersey Pickleball Club to Bell Works, continuing its tradition of promoting health and fitness," Co-Founder Stephen Rice said. "With its central location and exceptional amenities, Bell Works is the perfect place to introduce a year-round indoor pickleball experience for players of all levels."

Annual club memberships are now available and range from $60 per month for individuals to $150 per month for families. There will also be an option for pay-per-pay reservations.

Jersey Pickleball Club is expected to open in Bell Works in mid-March 2025.

Exclusive Cuts
Coming in from Matawan, the upscale barbershop Exclusive Cuts recently opened an 800-square-foot space at Bell Works in November.

Known for mixing classic and traditional bartering techniques with the latest styles, the shop has already attracted a roster of clients ranging from employees in the building to locals who are already familiar with the brand.

"We're excited to be part of the growing Bell Works community, a unique environment where a variety of retailers and companies can seamlessly come together under one roof,” Exclusive Cuts Co-Owner Robert Gentile said. “Bringing our barbershop to Bell Works has exceeded the expectations of current tenants and visitors alike, adding another layer of convenience to the already thriving ecosystem.”

ARMR Studios
In September, Bell Works also gained ARMR Studios, a modern martial arts and self-defense training studio that occupies 2,100 square feet.

The studio offers classes for all ages and skill levels, specializing in realistic self-defense techniques for everyday situations and martial arts disciplines like Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing.

For teens and adults, the studio provides high-energy classes that build fitness and practical skills, while the children’s programs focus on self-defense, life skills and athletic development in a fun, structured environment.

“Being a part of the Bell Works New Jersey community is an incredible opportunity for ARMR,” ARMR Studios Owner Omar Ali said. “The thriving ecosystem here, with its high foot traffic and vibrant atmosphere, is the perfect setting for our family-friendly martial arts studio.”

“Not only does this community allow us to introduce our training programs to a wider audience,” Ali continued. “But it also enhances the experience for our existing customers, who now benefit from everything Bell Works has to offer.”

Peticures
For Bell Works visitors with dogs, you can now visit Peticures, a luxury grooming and dog spa that opened in September.

Occupying 900 square feet, the spa offers premium pet care services, including grooming, massages, de-shedding and specialty treatments.

“Being a part of Bell Works allows us to offer our tailored pet grooming services in a convenient, on-site setting, catering to employees, locals and visitors alike,” said Dogfather Joey Villani, owner of Peticures.

“We look forward to elevating the Bell Works experience by providing a new level of curated care and convenience,” Villani continued. “Making it easier for pet owners to access high-quality grooming services while they work, shop, or enjoy time in this dynamic space.”

Mabel
Earlier this month, Bell Works also opened its first full-service restaurant, Mabel. Spanning 4,200 square feet, the coastal European restaurant and bar is run by Chefs Laura Brahn and Grace Crossman.

“The ever-evolving environment at Bell Works is the perfect setting for Mabel,” Brahn and Crossman said. “We’re excited to have added a sit-down restaurant to the mix of dining options. We look forward to offering a unique dining experience to our guests at Bell Works for years to come!”

Miznon Kosher
Before Bell Works welcomed Mabel, the metroburb also welcomed the Mediterranean street food restaurant, Miznon Kosher, in September.

Opened by celebrity chef Eyal Shani, the internationally acclaimed restaurant is located on the ground floor of Bell Works and seats up to 65 guests.

“Adding Miznon Kosher, a globally renowned culinary brand with locations around the world, to the community at Bell Works is an incredible addition to the diverse lineup of eateries at Bell Market and throughout the Atrium,” Zucker said.
