A multi-jurisdiction police chase has resulted in the indictment of Jairo Gonzalez, 24 of Hartford, CT. Gonzalez allegedly stole a Dodge Stratus from Forked River and attempted to outrun police when spotted in Holmdel on Oct. 25. The chase ended in Sayreville, when Gonzalez allegedly resisted arrest. Gonzalez is charged with eluding police, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property and burglary.  He is currently being held in the Monmouth County Jail on $22,500 bail.
