Magdy Samaan, 35 of Hillcrest Court in Holmdel, was arrested and charged last week with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and instent to distribute. Samaan was allegedly in possession of heroin and allegedly distributed it within the Hazlet, Keyport and Matawan areas. Samaan was brought to the Monmouth County Jail on $30,000 bail.
