John Buckley, as Chairman of the Negotiations Committee, alongside Jeff Mann and the rest of the BOE, has spent countless hours working with administration and board attorney on discovery, fact-finding, strategy, and solutions.

Their leadership and commitment are vital as these negotiations move forward. This is the first BOE to ever deliver full transparency to the Holmdel community, ensuring every taxpayer fully understands how their contributions are used.

Losing two experienced board members who have consistently held the line for taxpayers would be a major setback for our schools and community. Kevin Schroeter has been preparing by asking the right questions and is ready to step in, roll up his sleeves, and add immediate value.

When John and Jeff joined the Board three years ago, they inherited a contract with some concessions uncommon in NJ, contributing directly to annual deficits. Now, with that contract expired, we finally have the opportunity to secure a fair, balanced agreement.
