The Resilient Youth Foundation Inc

Organization supporting children and families affected by bullying in our communities

(Christina Ausiello CEO/FOUNDER )

Bullying continues to be a significant issue impacting students’ academic performance, mental health, and overall well-being. To address this challenge proactively, we propose launching a comprehensive anti-bullying campaign across Monmouth County schools and beyond. The initiative will include visual awareness efforts, mental health support, student-focused programming, and parent/community engagement to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

Mission Statement:

We are on a mission to ensure every child feels safe, seen, and supported. By creating a platform rooted in healing, connection, and care, we’re building a nationwide movement to support children impacted by bullying. Through workshops, empowering programs, and access to trusted mental health resources, we’re giving kids in crisis the hope and help they deserve — and we’re inviting you to be part of the change.

Our Desired Outcome:
We envision a world where every child feels a deep sense of belonging and safety — where they are free to be themselves, express their creativity, and grow in confidence without fear. Our goal is to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where children impacted by bullying can heal, connect, and thrive. We are also building a supportive space for parents, where they can share experiences, find understanding, and build community with others who truly relate. Through this network of compassion and care, we aim to transform isolation into connection, fear into empowerment, and pain into purpose.

The “Stronger Together” campaign offers a holistic and sustainable approach to combat bullying in Monmouth County schools. By combining visual advocacy, professional support, and active parent involvement, we can foster safe, respectful, and empowered school environments for every student.

We are partnering with vetted local therapists to create a trusted directory, making it easier for families to find the right support for their children. In addition, we’re developing specialized programs and classes for both children and parents to help guide them through the healing process after experiencing the effects of bullying. We’re also collaborating with other organizations, including the Monmouth County Park System, to offer a variety of classes and workshops through their facilities.

Our mission is to provide both traditional and holistic healing resources to support children and families in our community. We’re also committed to educating schools and organizations on how to effectively address and respond to bullying. Additionally, we aim to collaborate with lawmakers to strengthen anti-bullying policies and ensure consistent, effective responses across schools and institutions. At the heart of it all, our goal is simple: we strive to change lives and help our families and children live healthier, happier lives in our community.
