Simple Minds Set To Visit Monmouth County On Upcoming Tour

HOLMDEL, NJ — For those ready to rock out this summer, you can check out Simple Minds when they come to Monmouth County in June.

Known for hit songs such as “Don’t You (Forget About Me)” and “Alive And Kicking,” the 80s rock band will be headlining the PNC Bank Arts Center on June 11 for their “Alive & Kicking Tour."

Soft Cell and Modern English will join the band as special guests.

“Been awhile but absence makes the heart grow fonder,” Simple Minds member Jim Kerr said. “Simple Minds are ecstatic at the prospect of touring so extensively in the US and Canada this coming spring.”

Pre-sale for the show begins Wednesday at 10 a.m. General sale begins Friday at 10 a.m.
