Taxi Driver Found Shot Dead Near Hazlet Motel Dumpster
The victim of a homicide that took place early Saturday morning has been identified as Anthony Hill, 42, of Eatontown, prosecutors said.
HAZLET, NJ — The victim of a homicide that happened Saturday in Hazlet has been identified as a local taxi driver, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said Wednesday.
Anthony Hill, 42, of Eatontown, was found shot to death at the Holly Hill Motel, Santiago said.
Hazlet Police first responded to the scene at 7:18 a.m. on Saturday after receiving an EMS call for the parking lot of 270 Route 36.

Santiago said the cops found Hill dead near a dumpster with multiple gunshot wounds.
The incident is currently under investigation by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Bureau and the Hazlet Police Department.
