Water Main Break Closes Road In Holmdel: See Where

Crews will be working throughout the day to resolve the issue, township officials said.

HOLMDEL, NJ — A water main break has closed part of Laurel Avenue on Thursday, township officials said.

The road is currently closed at the railroad bridge between Stevens Court and Avon Place, with crews working to resolve the issue.

In an update posted Thursday afternoon, officials said the closure is expected to extend through 6 a.m. on Friday.

Officials are asking drivers to plan alternate routes and follow all posted detours while the road is closed.
