3 Car Windows Smashed in Hopatcong, Police Looking for Clues
All incidents occurred on Oct. 11, police report.

Hopatcong Police are looking for clues and asking for the public’s help after three car windows were smashed during the weekend.
Vehicles on Maxim Drive, Hudson Avenue, and Nariticong Avenue all sustained damage on Oct. 11, Lt. Thomas Kmetz said.
- At 327 Maxim Drive, the passenger side window was smashed in with a hole the size of a softball, but nothing was found that caused the damage, Kmetz said. The damage occurred between 6 and 10 p.m.
- At 135 Hudson Avenue, the driver’s side window was smashed between the hours of 11 p.m. and early morning, Kmetz said.
- At 207 Nariticong Avenue, the rear driver’s side window was smashed sometime between 9 p.m. and midnight.
