Hopatcong-Sparta Students to Return to School This Week

Students Will Head Back to School This Week

Hopatcong and Sparta students will return to school this week for a brand new school year. Hopatcong students will begin classes on Thursday after teachers return for an in-service day on Wednesday.

Sparta students will return to school on Friday, as schools will be closed for the Jewish holiday Rosh Hashanah. 

Sunflowers Abound in Nearby Sussex County

More than a million buds of bright yellow, tall flowers are greeting the sun—and spectators—in one of the largest sunflower fields on the East Coast in Sussex County now through September.
