Sparta Mother Faces Child Porn Charges After FBI Investigation
One FBI agent says Dominique Saczawa, 31, privately shared her own images and videos of sexual abuse to children with an undercover agent.
SPARTA, NJ — A mother from Sparta was charged on Tuesday with “producing, distributing and advertising images of child sexual abuse,” the Department of Justice reports.
Special Agent Monica Cueto of the Federal Bureau of Investigation stated in the complaint against Dominque Saczawa, 31, of Sparta, that special undercover agents first encountered Saczawa in August in an online group.
Touting that she’s a stay-at-home mother and transcriptionist on one work website, in the chat group however, Cueto says there was a different side to Saczawa that agents witnessed.

In the complaint against Saczawa, Cueto reports that she told fellow group members on Aug. 27 if they didn’t share child pornographic videos and pictures, they’d be booted from the group.
Saczawa then reportedly posted two explicit images of young girls between one and seven years of age, followed by two videos of young girls being sexually abused, Cueto added, when one participant asked her what the “hottest” photos were that she was looking for people to post, according to the complaint.

An undercover agent then had a private chat with Saczawa, who sent pictures and videos that she told them were taken of her sexual encounters with a child, Cueto stated.
According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of New Jersey and Acting U.S. Attorney Rachel A. Honig, Saczawa was detained after her virtual hearing with U.S. Magistrate Judge Leda Dunn on Tuesday, after she was charged with one count each of producing child pornography, distributing it and advertising it.
Honig says that the U.S. Attorney Office’s Organized Crime and Gangs Unit in Newark is prosecuting the case and should Saczawa be found guilty of the charges, she could face a minimum prison sentence each of 30 years, plus a $250,000 fine for the production and advertisement charges.
The distribution charge could carry a minimum of five and a maximum of 30 years prison time, as well as a fine of $250,000.
