Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable N. Peter Conforti, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on February 8, 2022, by Jay Holodynsky.

Holodynsky, age 32 of Oak Ridge, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for March 18, 2022.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of heroin on October 9, 2021, in Vernon Township.
