Bingo at Brandywine Thursday Morning

For some of the older residents of Howell Brandywine is the place to live and on Thursday they will be hosting an open house to show people what makes it so special.

The Brandywine Senior Living at Howell will be hosting a free breakfast and Bingo starting at 9:30 this morning. The game will also provide a variety of prizes for the winners.

After breakfast at Brandywine residents are invited to head to the Howell Public Library for another in their series of afternoon movies. This week’s showing will be Bless Me Ultima starting at 1 p.m. The movie is an adaptation of a book set in New Mexico in the 1940’s and is a “coming of age” story about a man and a woman he meets and inspires him in his life.

The National Weather Service is calling for a partly sunny day with a high near 50 according to the latest forecast. The temperature is expected to dip slightly at night with a low near 39 on a mostly cloudy night. The clouds are not expected to bring showers to our area until at least Friday night if not Saturday.
