Firefighters Go Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness

Squankum Fire Department adds pink nomex hoods to uniforms.

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month members of the Squankum Fire Department have added a little color to the uniforms they were when responding to calls in their district.

Firefighters Parent Roe, Brad Levitzki, Craig Lewis and Lt. Michael Capper are just a few of the members who can now be seen wearing pink nomex hoods with breast cancer awareness ribbons as part of their gear.
