Local Schools Announce Friday Storm Closures

With snow starting to fall across our area on Thursday night the local schools are starting to announce closures for Friday, making for a one day week for local students.

The Freehold Regional High School District was the first to announce that schools will be closed on Friday. The announcement was made on the district’s Facebook page.

Superintendent Enid Golden said the Howell Public Schools will also be closed on Friday because of the storm. 

The Monmouth County Vocational School District will be closed on Friday as well. All full-time, shared-time and adult evening  programs are cancelled.
