Sylvan Woods at Howell, which was unveiled at a ribbon-cutting ceremony, is welcoming applications for its 100 apartments. The one- and two-bedroom units come with access to the community's clubhouse, pool and outdoor patio.Monthly rents in the four-story buildings range from $2,300 to $3,600, according to AMS Acquisitions, which owns the complex. The apartments have 9-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, central air and "spacious kitchens with high-end finishes and appliances," the company said. Community amenities include a great room with a community kitchen and bar seating, workout gym, movement studio, and tenant lounge. Outdoor amenities include a pool, lounge area, and patio with fireplace and barbecue area."We are excited to begin leasing," said Ari Mitnick, AMS co-head of acquisitions.
