Tune Into The Holiday Spirit When You Drive By Howell Display
Check out a major light show - with radio accompaniment - in Howell on Pinewood Road.

HOWELL, NJ — A holiday lights spectacular is now playing in Howell, at a house off Aldrich Road on Pinewood Road, courtesy of a longtime township resident.
"It took tons of hours, using advanced technology called projection mapping, and we created four shows for everyone to come and see," said the Avallone family sons, who helped Dad put up the displays.
The display has the following shows: The Grinch, Carol of the Bells, Disney Lights Show, Nightmare before Christmas Show.

The light show is on every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7 p.m. through 10 p.m. - excluding rainy days.
One of the best features? Cars can just dial in to 88.7 FM to listen to the shows as they drive by via the show's FM transmitter. There are also speakers spreading the fun that you can hear outside if you stroll through the display.

The set-up was a real labor of love - and the technology of projection mapping helped. Every detail of the house had to be drawn on a computer and the family worked with programmers to help create the show, its creators say.
And the family was able to draw upon its experience in special event production, Avallone Entertainment.
Patch and T-Mobile are partnering to highlight displays that deserve a drive-by. And there's still time to email patricia.mcdaniel@patch.com to let us know the address of special holiday display for a story.
