A Whole Slate of Weekend Activities

The weekend is finally upon us! And it’s going to feel more like summer than fall. Hopefully you’ll be able to get outside and enjoy some of the fine weather that’s coming. Whatever you do, though, check Patch first for a list of things to do all weekend.

1. Zumbathon: You can do a to support breast cancer treatment at Curves on Rt. 15. A $10 donation is all it takes to get you on the floor!
2. Pig Roast: The will hold a pig roast at its post on Legion Rd. in Oak Ridge on Saturday starting at 5 p.m. Tickets are $35 each.
3. Open House: The on Sunday starting at 1 p.m. The event is free and located at the museum’s building on Dover Milton Rd.
4. Three-Day Weekend: Monday is when Columbus Day is celebrated, and Jefferson students are off from school. So kids, don’t set your alarms on Monday.
5. Sports: Even though schools are closed, there are still a number of sports options on Monday, including and and soccer.
