The Falcon boysβ soccer team is on a roll, winning its second game in a row with a 1-0 Β victory over High Point on Tuesday.
Ryan Stryker scored the goal on a pass from Michael Montague just before the end of the first half in Tuesdayβs game, while Matt Servedio and Alex Tuhy combined for the shut-out in goal.

βIn our first couple of games, we werenβt playing the full 80 minutes as a team and we struggled,β he said. The last four games we have been playing together and it is paying off. The boys are focusing on playing as a team and not as 11 individuals. We have won three of our last four games and are working hard to meet the goals we set at the beginning of the season.β
Gage also discussed the play of Servedio and Tuhy, along with Dylan Johnson on offense and Evan Harris on defense.

βDylan has kick started the offense this season,β Gage said. βHe leads the team in goals and has two key game-winning goals early in the season.
βEvan Harris is anchoring the defense and is playing lights out,β he continued. βHis smooth controlling play has the defense playing well together.β
