Buckle Up for the Worst Potholes in Jefferson

Nothing puts a dent in a morning commute like bad traffic and a street littered with potholes.

Blizzard 2016 left monumental snowfalls up and down the east coast, and Jefferson was not immune to its wrath.

Large snowfalls compiled with El Niño induced warmer temperatures have caused more potholes and road problems than most motorists can stomach.

Patch Readers gave us a rundown of particularly pocked streets in their neighborhoods. Here are some spots that might be worth detouring:

• “My guess is that all the major ones are on Berkshire Valley Road in Oak Ridge.”

• “Left lane, Rt 15 south, between Sparta and Weldon rd. The pot hole is huge!”

• “Bridge Marina towards Brady Bridge. This town does a great job.”
