Cops: Man Lunged at Officer
The following arrest information was supplied by the Jefferson Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A man lunged at a police officer after the officer tried to wake him up, said.
Officer Tom Fedo found Michael Reardon, 56, of Jefferson Township, asleep in his vehicle on Howard Boulevard on April 24, police said. When Fedo tried to wake Reardon, Reardon lunged at Fedo and continued to resist Fedo, police aid.
Reardon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. He was taken to St. Clare’s Hospital for an evaluation, police said.
