Five Things You Need to Check Out at the Library
You can play chess, hear stories or build with Legos.

The There’s always something going on there, besides the great books and free wireless internet service. Here are five things you can do at the library in the next two days:
- Kindergarten Capers: If your child is a little nervous about going to kindergarten, this is the place to be. There will be discussions and stories of what happens in kindergarten, to ease any worries. The program happens today at 10 a.m.
- Free Lego Play: Your child can channel his inner Frank Lloyd Wright and build a structure to the stars during free Lego play. It happens today at 11:30 a.m.
- Tea Traditions From Around the World: Learn how cultures around the world celebrate “tea time” at this program on Thursday at 2 p.m.
- Drop-In Pajama Story Time: Your little one can get ready for bed then come to the library and hear a story before falling off into dreamland. The program begins at 6 p.m. on Thursday.
- Chess Club: Looking for some friendly chess competition? Come to the meeting of the Chess Club on Thursday at 6 p.m.
