Grandparents Recognized at White Rock
School had special day for grandparents and other special people.
Jefferson's White Rock Elementary School recently held its Grandparents/Special Persons Day. What follows is the school's account of the day:
recognized some wonderful people during Miss Lang’s annual Grandparents/Special Persons Day celebration.
The event was filled with interactive interviews, a story and poem, games and breakfast. The special guests were treated to a digital storytelling presentation where the children described how they are important to them. The students also made and distributed thank you gifts to all attendees.
