The weekend is coming. We can help you get your plans in order.

So it's almost the weekend, and you still have to make some plans. Let us help. We have a list of all sorts of fun things to do, Halloween and otherwise. So pick one (or more), go out and enjoy.

When/Where: Friday at 6:30 p.m. atΒ Β Why Go: Because you can win lots of cool stuff with over 100 trays being auctioned off.Β Cost: Bring your wallet.

When/Where: Saturday at 6 p.m. at Β Why Go: To support the Department for Persons With Disabilities, and to win some big prizes.Β Cost: $125 to buy in at the door.

Where/When: At Modick Park in Hopatcong on Sunday at 10 a.m.Β Why Go: Pumpkin picking. Free food. Bounce houses. 'Nuff said.Β Cost: Free.

Where/When: St. Jude's Parish in Hopatcong from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday.Β Why Go: Because, as a senior citizen, you're entitled to a free meal now and then.Β Cost: Free.

Ghosts: What Are They and How to Investigate Them
When/Where: Sunday at 3 p.m. at the ο»Ώ Why Go: So you can learn about ghosts and what to do if you are haunted and specifically learn about the ghosts that haunt Central New Jersey.

Camoflauge Critters Walk
When/Where: Saturday at 1 p.m. at ο»Ώ Why Go: Kids can wear costumes and camoflauge and learn how to disguise themselves from predators in the woods.

The Great Pumpkin Ball
When/Where: Friday at 6 p.m. at Good Grief, MorristownΒ Why Go: It's the grief counseling service's biggest fundraiser. Plus, it promises to be a lot of fun.Β Cost: $195

Death and Mourning
When/Where: Friday at 6 p.m. at Historic Speedwell Village, MorristownΒ Why Go: To get into the Halloween spirit, witness a reenactment of a traditional 19th Century funeral.Β Cost: $6-$10

Morristown Halloween Bike Ride
When/Where: Friday at 6:30 p.m. from Morristown Town Hall parking lot, 200 South St.Β Why Go: It's Morristown's monthly community bike ride, but with a spooky twist! Light up your bike or wear a costume.Β Cost: Free

Morristown Farmers Market
When/Where: Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Parking Lot No. 10 (Morris and Spring streets)Β Why Go: Nothing beats fresh, even later in the season.Β Cost: Bring your wallet

When/Where: , 82 Main St, Chatham, 10 a.m.Β Why go: Bring a donation for St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center and receive a free 4x6 portrait of your little trick-or-treater.Β Cost: $10 (donation to St. Hubert's)

Highlands Dinner Club Sunday Supper Series
When/Where: Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Hyatt MorristownΒ Why Go: You're interested in supporting the efforts of those seeking to utilize and raise awareness of our local food sources. Plus, a Sunday dinner sounds like an excellent way to close out your weekend.Β Cost: $100 ($70 if you use special 30% code for Patch readers)

When/Where: Saturday at the Bridgewater Commons Mall from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.Β Why Go: To wear your costumes to the mall and take part in arts and crafts, face painting and prizes.Β Cost: Free

When/Where: Saturday at TD Bank Ballpark, with the walk beginning at 6:30 p.m.Β Why Go: Not only will you have the chance to raise money for diabetes research, but you will also get to take part in Halloween activities, like trunk-or-treating, pumpkin picking, a petting zoo and a costume contest.Β Cost: A suggested donation is $20 per family to participate.

When/Where: Friday and Saturday, 6-11 p.m.; Sunday (and Halloween Monday), 4-10 p.m. at the Old Mt. Tabor Firehouse at 5 Simpson Ave., ParsippanyΒ Why Go: To be scared out of your wits for Halloween while helping a good cause (Check for special kid-friendly hours!)Β Cost: $6 per body; funds raised benefit the volunteer fire department

When/Where: All day Sunday at theΒ ,Β 199 Smith Rd,Β ParsippanyΒ Why Go: To learn the ICONic moves and skills it takes to be part of the infamous ICONic Boyz dance crew and, perhaps, enjoy the crew in concertΒ Cost: $85 for convention; $25 for concert
