Helga Blaufuss, Oak Ridge Resident

Helga Blaufuss, 88, of Oak Ridge, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2011.

She was born in Germany and came to the U.S. when she was five years old.  She lived in Bergen County and later moved to West New York.  She has resided in Oak Ridge since 1960.

Mrs. Blaufuss was a parishioner of Holy Faith Lutheran Church in Oak Ridge.

She was predeceased by her husband Henry Blaufuss in 2001.

Mrs. Blaufuss is survived by her daughter Carol L. Blaufuss of Oak Ridge, her sister Edith Springer of NY, her niece Sharon Springer, and her nephew Sean Springer.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, Nov. 29 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Holy Faith Lutheran Church, 104 Paradise Road, Oak Ridge.

The funeral service will take place at 12 p.m. followed by the interment at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Oak Ridge.
