Hydrant Flushing To Start on Monday
Work will be completed during overnight hours.
The Jefferson Township Utility Department will be starting its annual fire hydrant flushing on Monday.
Hydrant flushing will be done between 10 p.m. - 4 a.m. The Lake Hopatcong section will start on April 16 and end by April 20. The Milton section will begin on April 23 and will be completed by April 27.
Residents may experience brief water outages, low pressure or dirty water. If you have any questions, please call the Utility Department at (973) 208-6145.
