Letter From the Editor: Thank You for President's Award

Last week, I had one of the more pleasant surprises I’ve had over the course of my career. I attended the to report on the winners. Little did I know that I was going to be a winner myself.

I received the Jefferson Highlights President’s Award from my dear friend and colleague Art Bonito. I’d just like to say publicly how honored and humbled I am to have received this award.

I truly do love my job here at Jefferson Patch, bringing you all the news of our community that you want and need to know. There are many, many fun aspects of my job. But I’d be hard-pressed to name any that are more fun than rocking out to or the . And really, what could be better than listening to I can’t think of anything!

So I’d like to say thank you. Thank you, Art Bonito, for this prestigious award. And thank you to all of you loyal Patch readers, for making my job so easy, so much fun and so very worthwhile.
