Man Killed In Halloween Crash In Jefferson: Police
The 70-year-old man was killed when his dump truck overturned, police said.
JEFFERSON, NJ — One person was killed when a dump truck overturned on Jefferson on Halloween, police said.
The crash happened on Route 15 North, near Weldon Road, around 2:10 p.m., police said. The excuse cause of the crash is under investigation, but police say the dump truck overturned on the highway.
Gilberto Salazar, 70 of Ledgewood, was rescued from the dump truck and taken to St. Clare's Hospital in Dover, where he was pronounced dead.
