Michael Krisinski Honored as Eagle Scout
He received his honor at township council meeting.

Jefferson Township has a new Eagle Scout in Michael E. Krisinski. He was honored at Tuesday night’s meeting for his work at Ridge Field.
As his project, Krisinski built new steps leading to the baseball field at Ridge. He spent 147 hours working on the project.
“I came on this project because I talked to the Recreation Department, and this is what they told me they needed,” he said.

Krisinski said that he first had to spread and compact a mound of dirt and then he laid pavers that were donated by Grinnell Pavers. Then he made the five long steps.
He also noted that Allstate Rental donated a loader and back hoe, and the township’s Department of Public Works donated mulch and gravel to the project.
