New Cuisine Hits Town

If you’re looking for a new place to eat in town, you have another choice at Chicken, Pork ‘n More Bistro on Rt. 15. And it was a swim meet that launched the whole idea.

Owners Mike Marcucci and Jorge Velez have kids that swim together. The pair got to be friends while watching their kids compete. About a year after they first started discussing the idea, the bistro opened.

“Jorge has restaurant experience,” Marcucci said. “After we got to know each other, we started figuring that this would be a good fit for the area, and a year later, here we are!”
