DPD created butterflies for commemorative wall.

Residents of the participated in a project for the Holocaust Museum in Houston.

About 25 residents created and decorated butterflies that will be placed on the museum’s butterfly wall. The wall will be on display in spring 2013, and will commemorate the 1.5 million children who perished in the holocaust.

β€œAll of the residents did a fabulous job and had a fun time,” said Doreen cook-Wottring, behaviorist for the DPD. β€œWe’d like to thank everyone who participated, Joe for his moving reading of β€˜I Never Saw Another Butterfly,’ and Alexander House for providing refreshments for 30.”
