Girls basketball looks to advance in Morris County tournament.

Dare we say it? Almost a whole week has gone by, and we have yet to write about snow. And if the forecasters are to be believed, not only is there no snow coming soon, but temperatures may reach the 50s next week. Could spring really be coming after all? We don’t know that, but here are five things that we know, and you need to know, today.
- You Need to Dance: And dance you can, at at PaVinci’s tonight at 8 p.m.
- You Need to See This Doubleheader: The boys and girls basketball teams visit Morris Hills tonight, the boys on tap for 5:30 p.m. and the girls at 7 p.m.
- You Need to Play: The Jefferson Township cheerleaders are holding a dodge ball fundraiser in the high school gym on Friday, Feb. 11 at 5 p.m.
- You Need to Watch a Tournament: The varsity girls basketball team continues its quest for the Morris County title this Saturday against Randolph at 3 p.m. at Morris Knolls High School.
- You Need to Remember: That next Monday, Feb. 14, is Valentine’s Day. Don’t forget your sweetie!
