St. Clare's Receives Patient Satisfaction Award

Saint Clare’s Health System recently received an Excellence Through Insight patient satisfaction award in outpatient oncology from HealthStream Research, the research business group of HealthStream, Inc. and a leading provider of learning and research solutions for the healthcare industry. A formal presentation of the award was made during HealthStream’s customer Summit 2011 on May 5 in Nashville, Tenn.

According to HealthStream Research, the Outpatient Radiation Oncology Services of Cancer Care at Saint Clare’s, located at Saint Clare’s Hospital/Denville, was awarded this honor for its commitment to excellence in patient care for performing well beyond industry standards.

To qualify for this award, Saint Clare’s was required to have been a patient satisfaction-tracking client of HealthStream Research in 2010, scored in the 75th percentile or higher in the research, and surveyed a minimum of 100 patients. Saint Clare’s was chosen for receiving the highest ratings in putpatient oncology patient satisfaction of any of HealthStream’s hospital clients.
