NOTICE OF CONTRACTS AWARD – 2022

The Township of Jefferson has awarded contracts without competitive bidding for professional services or extraordinary unspecified services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 et seq. The contracts and the resolutions authorizing them are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk or can be requested by emailing jeffersonclerk@jeffersontownship.net.

Awarded January 5, 2022:

1.             McNerney & Associates, Inc. for Professional Appraisal Services in an amount not to exceed $17,500;

                Contract term of one (1) year, January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

2.             Fox Architectural Design, PC for Professional Architectural Services in an amount not to exceed $40,000;

                Contract term of one (1) year, January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

3.             Wielkotz & Company, LLC for Professional Auditing Services in an amount not to exceed $111,000; 

                Contract term of one (1) year, January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

4.             Hawkins, Delafield and Wood, LLP for Professional Bond Counsel Services in an amount not to exceed $40,000; 

                Contract term of one (1) year, January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

5.             Cleary, Giacobbe, Alfieri, Jacobs, LLC for Professional Legal Services (Labor Attorney) in an amount not to exceed                

                $52,000; Contract term of one (1) year, January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

6.             J. Caldwell & Associates, LLC for Professional Planner Services in an amount not to exceed $20,000; 

                Contract term of one (1) year, January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

7.             The Law Office of Daniel P. Agatino, LLC for Professional Public Defender Services in an amount not to exceed $14,000; 

                Contract term of one (1) year, January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

8.             Willis of New Jersey, Inc. for Professional Risk Management Services in an amount not to exceed $63,000: 

                six percent (6%) of worker's compensation, seven and one half percent (7.5%) of all lines assessment, ten percent (10%) of                 

                selective umbrella assessment; Contract term of one (1) year, January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

9.             Lavery, Selvaggi, Abromitis & Cohen, PC for Professional Tax Appeal Attorney Services in an amount not to exceed                

               $35,000; Contract term January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. 

10.          Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP for Professional Legal Services (Township Attorney) in an amount not to exceed $124,600;                 

               Contract term January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.
