The Health Department is offering three different Health Clinics to residents aged 18+: Adult Health Screening, Female Cancer Screening, and a Flu Vaccine Clinic. Appointments are necessary call the Health Department to schedule 973-663-0700. Clinics will be held at the Township Public Health Center 57 Minnisink Road, Lake Hopatcong. Masks are required at appointments.

Fee: $20, Free with Medicare Part B (must have card)

This flu vaccine clinic is for Jefferson Township residents aged 18 years and older.
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM timeslot is reserved for Seniors
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM is for residents aged 18+.

Saturday, October 30, 8am - 11am
Fee: $25, ages 62+ is $12
Open to all Jefferson Township residents over 18 years of age.
This CHEM-23 blood screening tests for glucose, potassium, sodium, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, and a complete blood count, etc. PSA test is optional for men. Please specify. Blood pressure check & counseling provided by the Public Health Nurses.
