Jefferson Township Teen Found With 20 Vials of Crack, Pipe Arrested: Police
Juvenile charges are pending, police said.

JEFFERSON, N.J.β Juvenile charges are pending for a 16-year-old township resident who was found with 20 vials of rock cocaine and a glass pipe on Nov. 6, police said.
Officer Charlie Paskas encountered the teenage male at 2 a.m. on Berkshire Valley Road, the Daily Record reported.
While speaking to the teen, Paskas observed a glass pipe sticking out of the juvenile's clothes, according to the Daily Record.

The teen was taken into custody and turned over to a parent, the Daily Record reported.
