5 Things You Need to Know Today: Feb. 3

1.     From 9:30 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. there is an Old-Fashioned Community Hymn Sing at America’s Keswick in Whiting. Fellowship and refreshments begin at 9:30 a.m. There will be a worship program at 10 a.m. Lunch will be provide for $10. 2.     Jakes Branch Nature Center in Beachwood is having fireside storytelling from 10:30 until 11:30 am. Children will then make crafts related to the stories. The event is for ages 2 ½ to five and they must be accompanied by an adult. Admission is $4. For more information call 732-281-2750.

3.     The Lacey Township High School varsity girls and boys basketball teams will be playing against Toms River High School South tonight in Toms River at 5 p.m.
