FOUND! Animal Rescue Group Searching For Missing Lacey Dog

Abby is a German short-haired pointer

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Abby, a 3-year-old, 65-pound female German shorthaired pointer who went missing from the 300 block of Riviera Drive in Forked River, has been found, according to the Lost Dogs Search and Rescue Facebook page.

In the photo, Abby is the one on the right, with much more white in her fur. Police and Animal Control have also been notified. If you see Abby, please notify Shawn at 609-276-0880 or 609-618-5489 or Lost Dog Search & Rescue at 732-773-9121.

Both Abby and Bo originally went missing, but Bo has since been located, said Matt Geissinger, co-founder of Lost Dog Search & Rescue.

"Neither one ever went missing before, but Bo the darker one was recovered tonight," he said. "I'm hoping that Abby will be caught soon. Usually, but not always when two dogs get out together they stick together."
