- The Dean Randazzo Cancer Foundation is holding its 4th Annual Freeze For A Cause. There will be a morning surfing contest at Casino Pier in Seaside Heights at 9 a.m. and a fundraiser at the Crabs Claw Inn in Lavallette in the evening. Dean, a surfer, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s disease ten years ago. The Cancer Foundation has raised more than $100,000 in his honor to promote cancer awareness and research, and supporting those who are affected by the disease.

- The American Historical Theatre in Waretown presents actress Daisy Century and Isabella Baumfree in “Sojourner Truth- Ain’t I A Woman?” at 11 a.m. The presentation is based on a woman’s fight for the rights of women and African Americans.
