Forked River Hit And Run, Two Injured: Cops
A hit and run in Forked River left two injured and police looking for the small white SUV that hit them.

FORKED RIVER, NJ - Lacey Police are searching for the driver of a small white SUV that performed a hit and run on a man and woman early Sunday morning, according to the Lacey Police Department.
The man was transported by helicopter to the Jersey Shore Medical Center for leg, back and neck injuries, according to Lacey Police. The woman was transported by ground to RWJ Barnabas, Community Medical Center for abdominal pains.
Officer Christopher Meyler reported to the scene of the accident at the 400 Block of Lake Barnegat Drive around 1 a.m. where he found the injured pedestrians. They reported to Meyler that the SUV had driven off after hitting them.
