Then come and listen to Jonathan Carr - the founder of Weather NJ - discuss how to predict weather on the Jersey coast at the Lacey branch of the Ocean County Library on East Lacey Road on Wednesday.
Carr will present "Jersey Shore Weather 101" from 6:30 to 7:30 on Wednesday, Aug. 30.

He will talk about basic meteorology and what goes into forecasting weather at the Jersey Shore. He will also provide some historical perspective on the largest storms ever to hit the Jersey coast.
