Lacey Cops Looking For Man And Woman Who Stole Walmart Carts
The motorized carts have a combined value of $1,000, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police are investigating an unusual theft - two Walmart motorized shopping carts that a man and a woman rode out of the store's parking lot in the early morning hours of Aug. 2, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
The two were reportedly last seen riding the carts at 1:58 a.m. and heading west on Haines Street, the chief said.
Officers Martin Julian and Dimitri Tsarnas responded to the store and notified the store manager. Loss prevention department employees will be checking surveillance footage. The two carts are valued at $1,000, DiBella said.
